A new SuSu5 Foundation is being organized in Delaware. The proposed Delaware organization has not yet been incorporated, received its own EIN, or obtained IRS recognition under Section 501(c)(3). We are not currently accepting tax-deductible charitable contributions for the proposed organization.

A Heartfelt Invitation

SuSu5 is entering a new chapter.

We are building the legal, governance, and program structure for a proposed Delaware nonprofit dedicated to creativity, neuroscience, consciousness, ethical technology, and universal human values.

We welcome future board members, advisors, collaborators, and supporters who want to help shape the Foundation’s structure, programs, and first-year priorities.

During this formation period, this website describes our proposed mission and future plans. The new Delaware organization is not yet operating as an IRS-recognized public charity.

SuSu5 Foundation

Introduction
SuSu5 grew from Susan Sudovar’s recovery journey and her work combining creativity, neuroscience, consciousness, universal human values, and ethical technology.

We are now building a new legal and governance structure in Delaware to carry that mission forward through education, creative practice, research, community programs, and values-aligned grants.

Current Organizational Status
The proposed SuSu5 Foundation is currently in formation. It has not yet been incorporated in Delaware, received its own EIN, or obtained IRS recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3).

The proposed organization is therefore not currently represented as an IRS-recognized public charity, and we are not accepting tax-deductible charitable contributions directly at this time.

Legal status, governance information, and future financial disclosures will be published here after they are formally established.

Mission
To inspire and empower people to transform their lives through creativity, consciousness, science, and universal human values—using insights from neuroscience, emotional well-being, and shared humanity to support authentic potential and stronger communities.

Proposed Grant Framework: RISEN

The future Foundation intends to use RISEN—Resilience, Inclusion, Service, Empathy, and Nourishment—to evaluate and guide grants, partnerships, and programs, emphasizing practical outcomes, transparency, and community benefit.
